At Utah Pro Xteriors, we had the privilege of completing a full exterior stucco and siding package for a beautiful new home in South Jordan, UT. This project showcases our dedication to delivering premium craftsmanship and materials that not only enhance curb appeal but also protect homes from Utah’s varied climate.

Our team began with a full consultation alongside the builder and homeowner to design a tailored exterior solution that blended aesthetics with performance. South Jordan’s weather—ranging from hot, dry summers to snowy winters—requires advanced moisture control and energy efficiency. We installed a multi-layer weather-resistive barrier system before applying a high-performance synthetic stucco that offers better flexibility and crack resistance compared to traditional options.

To complement the stucco, we added custom horizontal fiber-cement siding accents in a warm, modern tone. This contrast added texture and depth to the home’s appearance, resulting in a striking, contemporary design. In addition, we installed high-capacity fascia and seamless gutters to ensure proper drainage and roofline protection, helping to prevent water intrusion and long-term structural wear.
