Utah Pro Xteriors recently completed a full exterior siding renovation for a residential property located in Utah, UT. The homeowners were looking to refresh their home’s outdated exterior while improving energy efficiency and long-term durability. After an initial on-site assessment, we discovered aging wood paneling and faded finishes that were beginning to warp and crack due to prolonged exposure to sun, wind, and snow. We removed the existing siding down to the sheathing, repaired minor structural areas, and wrapped the home with a modern water-resistive barrier to enhance moisture protection.

For the new exterior, the homeowners selected premium fiber-cement siding in a clean, horizontal lap design.
