Utah Pro Xteriors recently completed a full exterior renovation for a single-family home in Riverton, UT, focusing on modernizing the look and strengthening the structure with a premium stucco finish. The goal was to enhance curb appeal while protecting the home from Utah’s harsh seasonal shifts, including intense sun, snow, and wind.

The original exterior was a mix of outdated vinyl siding and aging stone accents that had faded and started to crack. Working closely with the homeowner, we developed a plan that combined aesthetic appeal with long-term durability.
